Boook Publishing has been established in 2009 by four young creatives, with the aim of offering first class books for Hungarian readers. Since then, we have been publishing cookbooks only by well renowned chefs and gastronomy specialists In the last years, Boook Publishing has attained recognition among  readers interested in cooking and gastronomy, and has received numerous prestigious awards too - latest of these has been "Best Cookbook in Hungary 2010" for Viktor Segal's first cookbook: Colors and Tastes. Our aim is to publish first class, demanding and interesting cookbooks for our readers that encourage them to cook, deepen their knowledge about ingredients, processes and nutrition facts, and help them sharing the unique joy and experience that comes from preparing food and eating it together.
